POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product:

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds & Returns Policy
At Sente, each product is made to order, so we’re unable to issue refunds, credits, or replacements in the following situations:
Incorrect Address:
If you or your customer enters an address that the courier considers invalid or incomplete, the order will be returned to us. Once a correct address is confirmed, reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product. All purchases that are made with no issues found are final.
Order in Production:
If an order has already been accepted and prepared by our fulfillment team, it cannot be canceled or refunded—even if it has not yet shipped.
SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
